Contractors

We offer the following package to contractors:

$.93 per mile on all dispatched loaded miles (PC Miler, version 18).
Per mileage fuel surcharge is based on the weekly National Fuel Price Index published weekly by the Department of Energy.
$.72 per mile on all dispatched empty miles (average less than 7% empty).
Long Island, New York bonus.
Use of fuel card and advances.
License, permit, and insurance program.
100% Air ride late model 48' and 53' logistically equipped dry vans.
Liability and cargo insurance at no cost to you
Low rates for Bobtail and Physical damage on your equipment.
Dedicated customers.
BestPass program (EZPass, PrePass, NorPass, OH Turnpike Card)

Yearly Bonus Program

Performance Bonus
- 1/2 cent per mile for no accidents, incidents or severe log violations. Paid after anniversary date when active on the fleet on anniversary date.

Remember, you are in control of your Performance Bonus and can maximize your total earnings!

Equipment Requirements:

Tractors must be 4 years old or newer, Class 8, Equipped with Air Ride suspension, Wheel base of 250 inches or less, able to pass all DOT requirements, and must come to St. Cloud, MN to lease on.

Driver Requirements:

Driver must be 25 years of age or older, have current CDL in state of residence, and be able to pass all DOT requirements.

Misc.:

Contractor is responsible for all DOT inspections and subsequent maintenance, all physical and drug screen testing results, and bobtail insurance and collision insurance. Policies can be obtained through Langford Inc.'s Agent.

COMPANY DRIVERS

Company Drivers

We offer the following to our Company Drivers:

Start at $.37-$.38 per mile (depending on experience).
Drop pay
Bonus Program (Fuel and Performance)
Major Medical / Life Insurance / 401K Package.
Great working atmosphere, we believe in an open and caring relationship between our drivers and Langford Inc.
100% air ride late model equipment (New Volvo's) and 53' logistically equipped dry vans.
Dedicated Customers.

Company Driver Bonus Program:
           - Use good, professional driving practices to maximize your earning potential!
    Earn up to 1.5 cents per mile in different categories paid on quarterly and/or yearly basis.
    All loaded/empty dispatched miles paid to you for the quarter or year included.

Quarterly Bonus Program

Fuel Bonus
- .05 cent per mile for pre determined fuel mileage (company drivers only).

Yearly Bonus Program

Safety Bonus
- 1 cent per mile for no accidents, incidents or severe log violations. Paid after anniversary date when active on the fleet on anniversary date.

Driver Requirements:

Driver must be 25 years of age or older, have current CDL in state of residence, be able to pass all DOT requirements, and must be covered under workers compensation insurance.
